Questions people ask before booking
Good to know.
What if my issue takes longer than an hour?
Most sessions wrap up comfortably inside the hour. If we're close but not quite done, I'll tell you honestly and you can decide whether to keep going at the same hourly rate or pick it back up another day.
Is my personal information safe?
You stay in control of your own device and accounts the whole time. I'll never ask you to email me a password or hand your device over to take somewhere else.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. Just reach out as soon as you know and we'll find a new time — no hassle.
Do you work on all devices?
Bring a phone, laptop, or tablet. For smart TVs, streaming devices, or home Wi-Fi, describe the issue first so we can check whether a session in a public place will be useful.
What if you can't fix my problem?
Some issues need a manufacturer or a repair shop. If that's the case, I'll tell you plainly and point you toward the right next step instead of stringing the session out.
Good to know

🔒 Your accounts stay yours
I'll never ask you to hand over a device and walk away with it, or ask you to email me passwords.
🧭 No pressure, no upsell
I'm not selling software or subscriptions. Just an hour of help.
